Barbara County wines featuring Fiddlehead Cellars National Sales
Manager Terrance Livingston. 2008 starts off with the “Side Ways”
experience, just south of where 2008 left off in Paso Robles. Come
and hear more about how winery owner and wine maker Kathy Joseph
“fiddles” around with Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir.

Bourassa of Bourassa Vineyards will return for a Bordeaux blending
seminar. Taste the five Bordeaux varietals individually, make your
own blend, and compare it to the world class Bourassa Harmony
Blend.

Tvine Cellars in Napa Valley. This cult winemaker has earned a
reputation for unique varietals with big bold flavors that still

featuring Oregon wines. Alternately, our annual Champagne & Sushi
kick off to summer.
June 19th
Back by popular demand, we present a culinary
guide to food and wine pairings by a local master chef and advanced
sommelier Phil Larimer at Mise En Place cooking school.
July 24th
Take a tour of 17th Ave with a
progressive wine tasting. Stops along the way will include Marzeks
market, & the Woodhouse Day Spa

Silent, in honor of the DNC and a lack of organic wines
September 18th
Steve Raszkin director of sales for Silver Oak will present the
varietal of Cabernet Sauvignon
